Right now, 1.2 million unsung heroes across Hong Kong are dedicating their lives to caring for elderly parents, chronically ill family members, and young people or adults with additional needs. These carers often face immense pressure, sacrificing their own well-being for others.

Through donations raised from this year’s Hike for Hong Kong, HandsOn will provide essential support to these incredible carers through an annual program of respite and tailored opportunities focused on improving emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

Through this year’s donations, we’ll create a series of holistic programs providing vital respite and proactive, preventative care to support well-being. Our efforts will directly support carers and frontline partners in over-stretched districts of Kwun Tong, Choi Hung, and Sham Shui Po.
