As our Events & Communications Officer, Ophelia leads HandsOn’s programme of events that support our fundraising and outreach efforts, while supporting the organisations’ storytelling and volunteer recruitment. Prior to joining HOHK, she worked in marketing, brand and fundraising for Hong Kong Red Cross. Outside of the office, Ophelia’s interests have taken her to Japan to participate in WWOOFing (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) to learn more about organic and sustainable living while contributing to a thriving farm. She is also an animal lover and has been actively volunteering for animal rescue organisations in Hong Kong. Ophelia holds a BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art and hopes to promote volunteering in Hong Kong so that more lives can benefit from volunteering.
