Born and raised in Hong Kong, Kelly is a communications professional with over eight years of experience spanning media and nonprofit sectors. Driven by a belief in the power of raw storytelling, she specializes in turning complex social issues into compelling, human-centered narratives.
With a determined mind that we all have the power to make Hong Kong a much more inclusive place where everyone can thrive and contribute to a more inclusive Hong Kong, Kelly joins HandsOn with a strong belief in allyship, and a commitment to mobilizing allies and building bridges across intersectional issues, including race, gender, and disability and more
Previously, she contributed to advance social inclusion at local nonprofit Resolve Foundation and collaborated with journalists from leading French media outlets, including Le Monde, Radio France Internationale (RFI), and TF1. Kelly was selected for the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong’s Future Leaders Class of 2022 and joined the Global Shapers Hong Kong Hub in 2024, became an Impact Officer of the Hub in the next year.
Outside of work, she enjoys films and cheesy sitcoms, photography, and traveling.
