Bia oversees volunteer and NGO engagement at HandsOn. With over seven years of experience designing programs that empower HK people to volunteer, Bia has implemented services that engage volunteers of different ages to support the community. To maintain the good credibility of HandsOn with the funders, she has managed and maintained the relationships with the funders through regular meetings and reporting. Bia hosted a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a Master of Social Science in Applied Sociology from the City University of Hong Kong.
