Alvis is a nonprofit professional with over a decade of experience in program management, youth empowerment, and corporate volunteer engagement. As the Senior Program Manager at HandsOn Hong Kong, he leads the design and delivery of impactful volunteer programs that support NGO partners and drive positive social change across the city. Alvis collaborates closely with NGOs, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to create volunteer initiatives aligned with CSR and ESG goals.
Prior to joining HandsOn Hong Kong, Alvis contributed to organizations including the Hong Kong Association of Youth Development, Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong, and Mission Support Limited. He has managed regional volunteer programs across Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, and Taiwan, and has led and participated in community service projects throughout Asia, gaining first-hand insight into the needs of under-resourced communities.
