Social impact
We help companies create volunteering programs that support the needs of Hong Kong’s non-profit sector. By working with us, you can engage employees in social impact programs that align with your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals or Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.

Each year, we organise up to 150 corporate service programs addressing a range of social issues. Our knowledge and expertise in the non-profit sector is extensive, and our curiosity drives us to get to the heart of our partners’ needs. How can we work together?
Volunteer through the HandsOn public calendar
Each month, HandsOn runs 200+ volunteer activities as a free public service, supporting more than 150 frontline non-profits. Find a program that resonates with your team and meets your availability.
Create a bespoke program with full consultancy
When developing a service program we apply our knowledge of our charity network’s needs with your team’s community engagement objectives and focus-areas. We provide full management and a thorough debriefing with impact measurement and photos.
Inspire your team with a “Lunch & Learn”
A ‘Lunch & Learn’ talk delivered by a member of the HandsOn leadership team is a wonderful way to help build the momentum and to set the scene of why volunteering is essential as a social fabric of the community.
Make a donation or fund a program
Program funding and donations are critical to the continued success of our work, helping us to run 200+ volunteer programs each month as a free public service. We work closely with donors and frontline charities to ensure that contributions are maximised and make a meaningful impact towards the cause they support.
Become a Serve-a-thon partner
Joining our annual community service week is a purposeful way to team up with HandsOn—and the city’s community-minded companies—to drive sustainable impact. This program, held in May 2024, engages thousands of volunteers in meaningful projects that address critical social issues, while fostering team-building and community engagement.
